Absolutely zero support! I have been trying to cancel all day and I can't! No one will respond to me. This App is not user friendly at all, or maybe they are just trying to make sure they continue taking my money every month.

I like the mini player feature in the product pages. 1 star less for - 1. In the video carousel, there is no option to hide inventory remaining. 2. No option to change placement of mini-player in product page

I made the switch to Videeo in February and it was so easy to do. Team helped me migrate my current app over to Videeo. No more manually maintaining both my website and my app. With Videeo you publish to app just like any other sales channel. Live screen is easy to use and love have a “shop live” tab on my website.

Easy to use, great customer service and I love all the little updates that are happing to make the app even more advanced. Highly recommend.
