Do not waste your energy. This app appears to be completely non-functional. After spending over an hour troubleshooting, inspecting console logs, and confirming all theme integrations were correct, it turns out the Proof Bear CDN (cdn.sales-pop.com) and script sources no longer exist — the S3 bucket itself returns a “NoSuchBucket” error. There’s no communication from the developer that the app is deprecated, and no fallback or update to point users to an alternative. It’s disappointing to waste valuable time trying to debug something that’s fundamentally broken on the developer’s side. If this app has been retired, please remove it from the Shopify App Store or clearly mark it as discontinued. Leaving it active without working infrastructure misleads users and causes unnecessary frustration.

Worked great for about 6 months then stopped displaying on desktop, it shows one item then never shows anymore sales. But most of traffic is mobile and seems to be working fine on mobile.

The app is not stable, unfortunately. It's great that it is free. I kept the browser and after 8-10 popups it stopped showing it with a console message I sent to live support. The live support keeps saying that it is working on their side. It doesn't help me if it is working on your side. There is a console message and it says "No orders to render". I am totally ready to update my review but your support should learn how to handle such situations.
