Click on the "Settings" tab. 2. Scroll down to "General Settings." 3. Edit the text so that it includes the dynamic text: "{{customer.first_name}}". By including this dynamic text, the customer's name will be shown if it has been provided. This way, you can create a more personalized experience for your customers.
