VideoGreet is a great addition for our offering and website as we are a gift company. We had so many last minute requests for the VideoGreet team right before we launched and they stepped up and made it happen and we really appreciated that! The tool is super cool. And we have had a lot of good feedback on it from our customers - they love the personal video message option! A real differentiator for us!

A really great up that's a little different to usual gift message. We had lots of issues with set (due to our fulfilment provider, not because of the app!) and the customer support was absolutely incredible. I was on calls with the team and they helped every step of the way to make sure the app worked for us was tailored to suit our needs. Highly reccomend using. Very reasonable pricing too and there are personal plans to suit your store. Thanks to all the Vidday team!

The app is very easy to use and the setup is straightforward. It doesn't impact the checkout process as the video is recorded after the transaction. It was also simple to display app on specific products and collections. I contacted Denis to help set up the app to print with the Order Printer app, which was done very quickly. But the set up guide explains everything you need to know. Our customers are loving the new feature and the marketing materials that were supplied have saved me lots of time.

We're always looking for new streams of revenue so when I came across this app we were super excited to install it. Denis has been fantastic throughout the process helping us every step along the way and with the festive season fast approaching we are looking forward to seeing the results. As a gifting business its a no brainer!
