I installed VideoPoint because I was actively looking for a way to bring social proof and “real” shopping to my Shopify site, not a static Instagram grid. This is the first app I’ve used where the experience feels built for people like me, not some clunky, outdated tool. The AI video results genuinely surprised me. The videos looked real, not blurry or obviously AI, and the close-up shots made my products feel premium and almost 3D. It’s exactly the kind of trust signal shoppers respond to right now: “people are buying this, people love this, you should too.” Also, the pricing logic makes sense. Charging on video views (watched for at least a few seconds) instead of widget impressions is the right metric, and it’s way more fair than what most apps do. Support has been unreal. Straightforward onboarding, a free call (I’ve never seen that inside an app before), and zero pushy sales energy. It was basically “try it and tell me what you think,” which is why I even said yes in the first place. 10 out of 10, and I’m not easily impressed.
