This intuitive tool makes it easy to add video content across all areas of the site. An important feature for all commerce sites is the ability to enable CTAs that allow users to add products directly to the cart. Vidjet hosts the videos; it has not negatively impacted site load times or increase bounce rates. Although this isn't a new or groundbreaking tool, the prompt responses from the support team make the app even better.

Nous avons un site multilingue (français, allemand, anglais) et des vidéos dans différentes langues. L'équipe Vidjet nous a aidé à configurer leur fonctionnalité de localisation sur notre site, afin que nous puissions montrer du contenu pertinent aux visiteurs navigant dans différentes langues. Les admin sur hyper disponible, ils répondent très rapidement et compétents. Je recommandes les yeux fermés !

Leo is the best customer support (the Coofounder ) I am using this app almost in 6 shopify stores, it is converting really well, and give my customers more trust by showing our products videos, and reviews on our websites, people likes to see than reading. I will keep using this app in evey new stores i will create. Keep doing the hardwork Mate.

Vidjet es una plataforma fácil de uso que permite a nuestra community manager subir videos informativos sobre nuestros productos. Estos videos se publican en el widget "stories" en nuestras fichas, etiquetando automáticamente los productos con un CTA para añadir al carrito. Nos permite modernizar nuestro sitio y aumentar el engagement. Además, el equipo de Vidjet es muy reactivo y nos apoyó durante la configuración.

Our online store operates in both French and English, so it's crucial for us to find apps with localization features. Vidjet allows us to tag videos by language and display them to the appropriate visitors, based on their browsing language. Additionally, the tool is user-friendly, and customer service has been proactive in onboarding us and suggesting videos to publish.

We were very happy to come across Vidjet. We create lots of videos for Instagram and to be able to showcase them on our collection and product pages really brings our store to life. Onboarding clair avec Baptiste, qui nous a recommandé des formats pour notre site, a installé les widgets pour nous, et nous a formé sur l'outil. La plateforme est facile d'utilisation, ce qui nous permet de renouveler le contenu vidéo en quelques clics.

Nous avons migré de Tolstoy (dont le back-office a probablement été créé par des aveugles :-) vers Vidjet, et nous en sommes satisfaits. La migration s'est faite rapidement, grâce à leur accompagnement. De plus, leur fonctionnalité de segmentation permet d'avoir toujours nos vidéos à jour, avec les bonnes vidéos associées de manière totalement dynamique aux produits. Equipe réactive et produit fonctionnel. C'est parfait.
