Subscribed, and it still won't work in Shopify, and the help chat does not work.
The app is performing well! We have it set on Auto to make the videos and install them on the item page everyday. So far so good. The videos are very professional in style and we have them with the music background. Overall, very impressed with the simplicity of set up and the auto function we are using at this time. We recommend the app.
