When I encountered an issue with the app block not applying to my pages after clicking on "Customize store", I reached out to them— and they were unbelievably professional and responsive. They graciously offered me the choice of implementing the fix myself or letting them handle it. I opted for their expertise, and they not only integrated the necessary code seamlessly but also updated my theme perfectly. The level of service was top-notch, and I'm really grateful for their prompt and effective assistance. Additionally, I'm excited about the analytics capabilities of ViewSight. It’s already helping me track visitor clicks on my site, which is crucial, though I'm curious: Does the app offer deeper insights, such as distinguishing between windows shoppers and actual buyers? It would be incredibly beneficial to know not only where visitors click, but also whether they tend to shop frequently or simply browse. Even details like visitor country or detecting VPN usage could be vital for fine-tuning ad targeting and ensuring I reach the right audience. I've been on the lookout for an app that can display trending products in real time based on views, but there aren't many options out there. Then I stumbled upon this amazing app, and it's been a game-changer for us. Showing real-time trends really helps build trust with potential customers.
