Awful. A total 'Bait and Switch' scheme. My trial period enabled me to generate as many discounts as I wanted, hassle free. The day that I paid for a subscription, they required that you go through an unorganized and overcomplicated process to generate codes. Customer support is all over the place. There are better options, please explore further.

The customer service is incredible! I just downloaded the free plan, and they spent close to an hour going back and forth with me about how to get this installed. They helped me troubleshoot. The help was live from the moment I contacted them. Highly, highly recommended!

I installed this app to produce gift cards in bulk, and Jack from the support team was incredibly fast and friendly — really appreciated his help. Some apps charge an extra fee per gift card, but this one doesn’t, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely keep using it!

Great customer service, but be aware that hours may not align with your current work schedule. We have used the bulk service a handful of times to process over 5,000 cards and custom emails and it has been a fairly seamless process.
