I installed this app to produce gift cards in bulk, and Jack from the support team was incredibly fast and friendly — really appreciated his help. Some apps charge an extra fee per gift card, but this one doesn’t, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely keep using it!

Great customer service, but be aware that hours may not align with your current work schedule. We have used the bulk service a handful of times to process over 5,000 cards and custom emails and it has been a fairly seamless process.

Had great support from the Online helpdesk while learning the process from Vify and its seemless link with Shopify. Great job Jack, and thanks again.

I needed the feature to add recipients email and message to my gist card product. With this app now it's possible, yay! Jack was very helpful on the live chat setting up the gift card in our store. Thank you Jack!

I really like the Vify Gift Card app – it's super easy to use and does exactly what I need. The best part, though, is the support. Pete is always around to help out, and he's not just helpful, he's also really kind and funny. It makes the whole experience way better. Definitely recommend it!

I had a small issue getting the cards to display right, but I spoke with Pete through the support chat. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue very efficiently. Excellent app definitely reccomend using Vify.

Ich habe die APP am Samstag Abend installiert und versucht einzurichten. Leider habe ich es nicht ganz ohne Hilfe geschafft. Ich habe dem Support geschrieben und war mehr als überrascht, dass sich Pete vom Support mitten in der Nacht gemedet hat und mein Problem innerhalb von einer halben Stunde gefixed hat. Der Service ist genial und Pete sehr freundlich und mehr als kompetent. Danke für alles. Sehr zu empfehlen.
