Vify: Professional Gift Cards

Customer Service is top notch! Pete made me feel like I was VIP with concierge service. He answered all of my questions and was able to trouble some customizations on my site to get me up and running with a nice looking interface! My only wish is that the images selected would show up at checkout but Pete explained that its a Shopify issue-so no worries there, but if in the future there is a work around that would AMAZING! Excited to launch this and hopefully get some sales!

So after checking out several gift card apps, we narrowed the list down to two, so for one month our customers could access both Gift Card pro and Vifys Gift card app via diffferent buttons on the site. Both apps had cosmetic issues that we needed help with styling via CSS and impeded the use of creating gift cards, or other display issues on Mobile. The Vify team was the most responsive when it comes to support. Even though GCP had a stylish interface, our customers want quality features "that work". Vify does that for us and more. Looking forward to seeing if they can help us with some of the additional nuances our customers look for.

Liam and Jack were very helpful in organising a bulk gift card drop, which is a great feature of this app, allowing you to upload a csv file of the cards you wish to issue.

This app has been exactly what I was looking for. It was a rocky start because my theme was causing problems but the team (Jack + Pete) were amazing and wen't as far as fixing the code on my theme to enable this app to work... and they did it really fast! I was under a strict deadline and they got it working perfectly! Customer for life here :)

This app has worked great for us for a quirky use case. We hand out corporate gift cards to our employees as they earn company "dollars" towards merchandise and apparel. Vify gives us the ability to keep track of used and unused amounts of these company dollars as we reload their gift cards 2x a year. This time we had a few issues due to some changes in how we wanted to do things the the Vify Customer support was awesome. Ethan was there for me every step of the way to make sure it was working exactly how I needed it to. Thanks Ehtan!
