Vify: Professional Gift Cards

I just added the app and got everything set up. It was super easy, and all of the options are pretty quick to edit. I did have to reach out to their help desk because our gift card product page showed their widget on top and the standard gift card product information below it with two checkout buttons. Beatrix responded immediately in chat and fixed it for us!

What a great app - and it's free! It makes up for the lack of features (and inability for a customer to send a gift card to the recipient) in the native Shopify gift cards. Easy to setup and chock full of handy features. I haven't had to contact customer support as the app has worked perfectly. All pros and no cons with this gift card app!

This free app is quick and easy to set up, perfect for my shop. I had one small glitch and customer service responded very quickly and fixed my issue. I look forward to being able to sell gift cards that can be sent to a recipient with a custom message. Thanks Vify!

very easy to use and installation was a breeze, when I was stuck and needed help I was connected to an agent and they were very informative and helped me with that I needed.

I've only just downloaded this app. It is straightforward, but there was a glitch. Support was quick to respond to my query and resolved it within a couple minutes. I'l update more once I've used it for a bit.

The app is exactly what we need at this time. Because of my mistake I had some challenges getting the app to sync with Shopify. I chatted with Beatrix from support, and she quidded me through all the steps I needed to fix my mistakes. She was very patient and understanding, and the issue was solved. Being the app is free, didn't change their commitment to their clients. You can't say that for many of the paid app's on Shopify.

Great gift card app with lots of possibilities of customizations. Also the have a very friendly and helpful support team. Can't wait to see the upcoming features :)

I had a major weakness on my site, and it was my gift card issuance. I am finally addressing that, and I couldn't be happier with the product and the support. So far everything is great!

Updated review May 6, 2024 (15 months later). I discovered today that my gift cards were no longer showing the custom options that I put on them over a year ago. After exchanging messages with support, I discovered that at some point, the ability to add these options was moved from the free plan (the only plan available when I got the app) to a paid plan. I was never informed that I'd need to start paying 9.99 per month to keep these options, and instead the features just stopped working. So for *how long*, I have no idea, my pages have just had blank squares where gift card images should be. It just feels like a bait and switch. I have a lot of time invested in creating these and at no point was I informed that the features I was using and building would one day be under the paid umbrella. I understand that companies must make money, and with the additional features of paid plans I may have one day upgraded. But to TAKE A MAJOR FEATURE away is pretty terrible service. I am on the search for something else as I no longer feel this is trustworthy. Previous review February 2023: In just the days I have had this I have seen improvements in the capabilities of this app—the support is very responsive to the questions and requests I have made, and I love that I can create multiple gift cards with different designs for events and occasions. There was one thing I couldn't work out and I set them up as collaborator to fix it and by the next morning it was fixed. By all means, look up my website to see how good the gift cards look.
