The customer service is very friendly and responds quickly. The technical department was able to pinpoint the issue, allowing for a swift resolution. The app also works flawlessly.

seriously, i have been charged a 89 annual fee without my knowledge, before is tottally free, i have been used this for a long time, they started to charge customer recently but without letting me know, i never know until i check my invoice from shopify
