This app was difficult to manage. I attempted several times to chat with support but it was clear that it was an AI. I did receive an email after I failed to go live asking if I wanted some additional support. I agreed and set up a time to zoom, however the zoom call was not successful. Unfortunately I have not been able to successfully use this app like I had hoped to do. I will be uninstalling the app.

This sounded perfect for our business/site but they said I needed to install a code & someone could help me via phone but I have been asking for that help for 2 days now, whether directions by email or phone because I needed to get it done & try it out asap but no reply at all..I cannot work with companies who have poor communication or customer service technical help-I think they may be in another country but unsure-I have asked that also but no response. I am uninstalling at this point.. it is disappointing, as it sounded good but if people can't even get help in the first stage of install-- that to me is a warning.
