Terrible! I ordered a pair of flip flops on July 29. 10 days later I messaged them asking why it said my order was still printing. They said it would take 12-15 business days before it shipped, sometimes sooner. I waited. August 20th I followed up asking why it still says printing. They said they would get with the production team and find out. 3 days later still no answer. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Awful timing. I've had sublimated products before and they NEVER took this long. Don't waste your time

poor user experience, app does not work inside Shopify, no onion to order samples, they just want you to start selling and trust that their product are worthy of our customers. thumbs down

I only use these guys and one other POD. Viralstyle has a decent quality/price ratio, some others maybe cheaper, but they don't have the quality. Some have the quality, but are more expensive. Samples I've ordered are top notch. Customer orders arrive to my customer in under a week, no complaints yet. The app is easy and fun to use, and if you have a campaign running and converting, yes you can make money while you're at the beach, put it on auto-pilot when you set it up. I do recommend using this company for print on demand.

Simply amazing and easy to use app for POD. The prices for both shipping and unit cost are very good. CUSTOMER SERVICE is outstanding! For that alone I would give them another 5 stars. Amazing app and great team!

5+ ALL THE WAY!. I tell you what, I've had customer support but not like this. This guys truly value my business and what it means to support. Particularly Christopher who has helped with my screw-up time after time to get me straight. Whether you are a new starter or a seasoned pro this guys can get you to the next level. Quality Quality Quality! Is what my customers are bragging about so not only is the customer support great the quality of their product is just as great. Thanks guys and 5 STARS all the way.

Guys worth using this App. Simple and user-friendly design area. Chris from Viral Style replies within 1 hour for any queries. Wonderful support. I have printed my first tee and they price it reasonably. Tip: Just add the shipping cost to your product or use the shipping price recommendation by them.

I'll be honest. With a ton of fulfillment companies already on the App Marketplace on Shopify, it's hard to find one that really is great. There are two that I use, but honestly, Viralstyle is truly a great app. The products are priced low enough that I can maintain a healthy profit. What really sets them apart from others is their level of service. Recently, I had an inquiry about the quality of one of the products. Rather to just refer me to a website like so many of these other apps do, Christopher at Viralstyle not only listened to my needs, but was interested in finding an answer to my question. Granted it took about a week, but the effort he showed about never giving up was honestly the experience. I recommend this app wholeheartedly. I have placed multiple orders and the products have arrived in great shape, and honestly, I've seen orders arrive in 5 days! That's faster than 90% of the apps on here. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

From day one, these guys have been great with their customer service. Their quality of products are also at top level. Only improvements needed are around creating custom orders as you will need to do this through your Shopify account instead of a built in function in their app which isn't available at this time. However the overall experience has been wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Simply best App you can ever find , easy to handle , clean and clear dashboard ,no bullshits and no complicated stuff! and really love the wide variety of colors for apparel !

I've been a pretty difficult customer admittedly. Christopher and the team have all been great when dealing with my boorish behavior. The app works great, and the one issue I've had with a product not matching was handled promptly and with grace. Highly recommend over others if not just for this. Pricing is great too
