My best recommendations for the Visma e-conomic team. Whenever I contact them, they respond quickly and always do their best to help. My only suggestion would be to make it more visible within the app how to get in touch with the support team. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.
5 stars for excellent and proactive customer service! We experienced an issue that was resolved very quickly. What impressed me most was that the support team had already gone through our settings for the automatic synchronization with e-conomic and put together recommendations on how to avoid errors in our accounting – all before our scheduled Google Meet. It's rare to encounter such a proactive approach – they don't wait for problems to arise, they prevent them. Highly recommended!
