Horrible, even after uninstalling the app it continues to appear on my website, I do not recommend it.
Kelly here from ViVA Reviews. Really Sorry you had an issue with removing our app. What you note is actually not an app uninstall issue, but related to browser caching. If you simply clear your cache, you will see that our widget will gone. Any new visitors to your store will not see our app once uninstalled and what you are seeing is simply browser caching intended to speed up website loading. Feel free to reach out to us again either through live chat or at [email protected] and we can guide you on how to clear your cache if you are not familiar with the process. I seriously just installed this app., and it was so easy your child can do it. I like the professional clean look; I like the easy and swift navigation. I believe it looks very professional. Try to sample it on your own. It is the only way to know if this app., is for you which I can tell you it most likely is.
