New Covenant Creations review for Dealeasy: Volume Discounts App

Customer service is a major part of any business. When it is lacking it detracts from the value of a product, no matter how amazing that product might be. Even "okay" products are more valuable to me when paired with stellar customer service. Selleasy & Dealeasy customer service (Logbase) have not only a fantastic product that is helping my shop in ways I have been searching (increase AOV and upselling) but they also have lightening fast response time and quick answers and fixes to issues. Their chat and email I reached out in was responded to within minutes, and when I wasn't comfortable allowing access to my store, they didn't push they just walked me through the steps to fix the issues myself, with photos and descriptions to navigate in case I lacked technical skill. Highly recommend using their apps for your shop if you would like not only amazing apps for boosting sales (upsells/cross sells etc) but know the need for quick, respectful, and helpful customer service and tech support.
