We’ve used Dealeasy for a few months, and the developer (Logbase) has been a consistently professional partner. Communication is excellent—responses are fast, clear, and solutions-oriented—and they’ve implemented every customization we requested without friction. We were initially skeptical about introducing discount tiers for our product mix, but the feature has encouraged larger baskets and helped lift sales.
