Voria is an AI-powered helpdesk app for ecommerce merchants that offers support inbox with AI drafts, labels, and analytics. It provides a centralized inbox where customer emails come with their order history, AI-drafted replies based on customer messages, team notes, and performance reports. Merchants can edit and send the drafted replies, save commonly used responses as macros, track open issues with labels, and keep internal team notes.
