What I like most is that it’s not just a WhatsApp automation app. We can build complete automated flows for order confirmation, customer follow-ups, upselling, and different order scenarios. The integrations with shipping and payment providers make the whole process much easier, and having everything connected to Shopify saves us a lot of manual work. بجد يا جماعة، الأبلكيشن ده تحفة وعن تجربة! من غير ما آخد أي عربون من العميل ، نسبة التسليمات معايا وصلت لـ 98% بفضله. والميزة الأكبر إنه سهل الاستخدام جداً ومش محتاج ترجع للدعم الفني في أي حاجة، لأن كل التظبيطات تقدر تعملها بنفسك من غير تعقيد. كمان الدعم الفني هناك بيسمعوا لكل اقتراح وتطوير، وبيطبقوه فعلاً حتى لو مش موجود في السيستم. ده غير نظام المكالمات كبديل للواتساب لو العميل ما ردش، وإرسال رسالة عادية على الموبايل لو مفيش شبكة، يعني كل الطرق متوفرة عشان تأكد الأوردر. بصراحة، هو بصراحة كبرنامج بعيد جدا عن المنافسين كلهم
