Really wanted to use this app, but it has an error after installation. I contacted support and they did not follow up.
Hello, you had installation errors because your store (domain = dapplebay.com), had the same domain name as a store that previously had the vwala app installed. We require each shopify store that installs the vwala app, to have a unique domain name. Which is why the installation fails. We removed the old store's registration on March 13th, so that your store can install the vwa.la app. We have been waiting on you to try the install again. This review is inaccurate and unfair. Kindly please amend this review as a matter of correctness and fairness.

I've been using vwala for years and couldn't be happier with the service. It's a really great price and super easy to use for the solo-prenuer or small teamed business. You really just have to set it up once and then let the influencers do their thing. I've only had a few issues over the years and those have been self inflicted, or influencer inflicted, but the Vwala team has been quick to jump on and address those. I really can't speak higher of this app and the support team. I thought I had left a review a couple years ago, but was just working through a migration and saw that I hadn't left one just yet. You won't be disappointed!

We're using vwa.la to run our affiliate marketing since almost day one. It works flawlessly, and the UI is pleasant to work with, but the one thing that really stands out above anything else, is their customer service. I have never seen anything even coming close. Especially Scha has been such a great help. Remarkably responsive, always with ideas on how to solve a special request we had, and on top of that she's super nice. I can recommend vwa.la without hesitation.

This is the most beautiful affiliate marketing dashboard I have ever worked with. Influencers are not as tech-savvy as us web designers but with this easy-to-work affiliate dashboard, anyone can work it. It makes our company look more legit when we have 'big time' influencers work with us. They always say it's simple and cool looking. HIDDEN GEM 10/10!!!!

I have so many good things to say about vwa.la They have an amazing platform to help you and your affiliates connect. Let affiliates see their dashboard, how much commission they've earned. Their customer service team is phenomenal. Pricing is very affordable comparing to other apps on the market. Highly recommend vwa.la if you are looking to grow your ambassadors, affiliates, influencers and more!
