vwala: Influencer Marketing

I've been using vwala for years and couldn't be happier with the service. It's a really great price and super easy to use for the solo-prenuer or small teamed business. You really just have to set it up once and then let the influencers do their thing. I've only had a few issues over the years and those have been self inflicted, or influencer inflicted, but the Vwala team has been quick to jump on and address those. I really can't speak higher of this app and the support team. I thought I had left a review a couple years ago, but was just working through a migration and saw that I hadn't left one just yet. You won't be disappointed!

We're using vwa.la to run our affiliate marketing since almost day one. It works flawlessly, and the UI is pleasant to work with, but the one thing that really stands out above anything else, is their customer service. I have never seen anything even coming close. Especially Scha has been such a great help. Remarkably responsive, always with ideas on how to solve a special request we had, and on top of that she's super nice. I can recommend vwa.la without hesitation.

This is the most beautiful affiliate marketing dashboard I have ever worked with. Influencers are not as tech-savvy as us web designers but with this easy-to-work affiliate dashboard, anyone can work it. It makes our company look more legit when we have 'big time' influencers work with us. They always say it's simple and cool looking. HIDDEN GEM 10/10!!!!

I have so many good things to say about vwa.la They have an amazing platform to help you and your affiliates connect. Let affiliates see their dashboard, how much commission they've earned. Their customer service team is phenomenal. Pricing is very affordable comparing to other apps on the market. Highly recommend vwa.la if you are looking to grow your ambassadors, affiliates, influencers and more!

We have been using VWA for a while now and are very happy with it. The dashboard is very clean and the white labelling options for brands are just amazing. Overall it is just the perfect app to have your own professional influencer marketing program running. Before installing I looked at several affiliate apps similar to this one, but this one just had the best prices for me. Having used it for a while now, I can totally recommend it for stores of any size. Simple to use for you AND your affiliates.

The best thing I like about this app is that the coupon can be automatically generated on Shopify. I will stick with it if it has email automation or integration with other software such as MailChimp. I may be fine for now but this is definitely not for scale-up due to the missing of communication part.

This app isnt made for a scalable referral program. The app itself have a lot of bug and very hard to pay affiliates.

I make a test affiliate member to test the dashboard. I see that the affiliate member can choose to promote other stores at the section "Find a store" . At my admin affiliate panel i can not see this feature for my affiliate members. Second vwa ask about 5% from ALL your referral orders. Why? Third the affiliate member has just an affiliate url, not image/banner HTML code.

Simply the best affiliate program for Shopify. Team keeps constantly adding features and helps you within 10 minutes if you have any questions. With the intuitive panel provided to influencers, I have gathered 180k+ leads through VWA.LA. Extremely good platform for larger/medium merchants, and beginners alike due to the pricing structure.

This revolutionary app is a game changer in the influencer / ambassador / reward scheme sector. It won't be long until every single retailer is using vwala so don't get left behind. We signed up hundreds of Ambassaors around the world in a matter of hours. That kind of set up could take years and thousands of dollars for a traditional retailer. Incredible app with even better support!!!

App is super easy to use. Really nice and professional. Customer service is immediate (9-5 workdays). Only issue is communication with referrers is unavailable. the only way to communicate with referrers is by downloading their emails and contacting them manually.

I was hopeful that I had found this app and it would fill a need for our store, however I have had problems, or should I say my customers have had problems, they cannot login to view or make changes and the login screen is this companies website, confusing

Quite an easy setup and the support team is super helpful. I was previously using Refersion. This app has so far been a big upgrade from that as it's much easier for our customers to signup and use. Even without yet using any effort to drive traffic to our referrer signup page, we've got 5 referrer signups organically in under a week. Big up also for being quick to take feature requests seriously and even developing and releasing a feature in under 1 day after I had requested it (feature of being able to decide whether the generated referral-codes are 'one-use-per-customer' or 'multiple-use-per-customer')
