WaConnect is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to automate WhatsApp messages for orders, support, and marketing. It enables customers to confirm cash-on-delivery orders by replying YES or NO and verifies phone numbers with OTP. The app sends automated WhatsApp messages at each order stage, including order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and abandoned cart reminders. Additionally, WaConnect offers features such as WhatsApp checkout button, support chat, and broadcast campaigns to opted-in customers. Messages are sent through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API using the connected WhatsApp Business account.
