cannot cancel and we are being charged $199 annually , no support once asked about cancelling , stated "we are offline, we will email you"
Hi, you can send a message in the app chat even when we’re offline, and we’ll be notified. Just so you know, you can cancel your subscription at any time by simply uninstalling the app. I checked your account and saw that you were charged a year ago and used the app for one year, but the recent charge was cancelled.

Doesn't work on Horizon. Only displays one review in carousel when we wanted five. Asked for help... support was useless.
Hi there, Please update the widget setting “Max number of carousel items” to 3 instead of 1. Also, make sure you’ve imported more than one review. I’ve sent a request to manually check the widget on your store, please take a look when you get a chance.

Seems very good. I only use it for Trustpilot at the moment but might include Facebook reviews in future (it says importing FB reviews feature "under maintenance" now, which I hope gets resolved.).
Thank you for the feedback! I'm working on restoring Facebook reviews and hope to have it resolved soon.

Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und relativ günstig. Ich nutze sie, um meine Trustpilot-Bewertungen auf Shopify anzuzeigen. Das kostet mich viel weniger, als das teure Trustpilot-Abo. Als ich eine Frage zum Liftime-Deal hatte, hat Kirill sehr schnell geantwortet und mein Problem gelöst. Update Oktober 2024: Das ist von allen Apps diejenige mit dem besten Design. Die User Experience ist wirklich grossartig. Alles ist übersichtlich, sehr einfach zu verstehen und zu bedienen.

impossible to install "application error" message...
