Hem was very helpful in assisting with getting me set up with the app and helping me understand how things worked. He walked me through step by step and stayed with me until I was good with everything. Also, I didn't have to wait days for support, when I reached out, a meeting was set up very quickly to address my concerns.

I had a great experience with Kusum the customer support team for the Walmart DPL app! she helped me list my products from Shopify to the Walmart Seller Center and made the whole process so much easier. The support rep was patient, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues I had. What could have been a stressful task turned out to be smooth and straightforward, thanks to her guidance.

This app is a very smooth integration! It pulls my descriptions, photos, and prices automatically from my Shopify store to Walmart.

So far its a 10, haven't uploaded anything yet but they are working with me at resolving this promptly. Good customer service is hard to find and they have it. Nirmal was a gem.
