Very bad experience with Wanelo. There is literally no communication. Took forever to ship products plus they never paid me. I will not be using them anymore.

Hello Beauty2See! Thank you for your review. As we mentioned from our previous conversations, your orders were not properly fulfilled from your Shopify dashboard. We sent you an email with the instructions on how to update the orders to enable our system to process your payouts. Also, Wanelo is a third-party app. You will need to reach out to your supplier regarding shipping delays. Please get back to us asap once you have updated the orders. Have a great day!
