Wholesale Yeti review for Wanelo

My Wanelo storefront is not showing my active items for sale but Shopify says they show up as active on their platform. I have reached out to Wanelo's customer service multiple times and still have not received any help. When you call their number it goes straight to voicemail, business hours or not. Even leaving a voicemail didn't get a call back. Still waiting for an email back after four days now and it's really disheartening as someone who was excited to be apart of the platform to get no help with such a major problem. No urgency here.. Shopify on the other hand was great and instantly connected me with someone when the problem initially arose. Shopify did all they could on their end and informed me the problem is unfortunately internal to Wanelo. If only Shopify's customer service had the ability to fix this! Update: I do not have the Shopify setting "show all prices with tax included" on for my store. What is the next step to fix this? Update 2: Hello, I have made sure that the Shopify setting "show all prices with tax included" is not on. My products still have not loaded into my Wanelo Storefront. I emailed you a screenshot of my product inventory showing active on Wanelo and charging no taxes. Update 3: Hello, I have disconnected the Atlas Giralos Shopify storefront and am waiting for you to approve my Wholesale Yeti storefront. I believe this shop will not have the same issue of not activating products that do not have a tax on them. Please let me know when you approve my Yeti Wholesale storefront so I can try to make my products active. Thank you Update 4: 03/16/23.. It has been past the 24 hour time period that my Wanelo storefront was approved and my items have still not uploaded. There is no tax included on the products and they show up an active on Shopify. Update 5: 03/20/23 unfortunately after waiting more than 24 hours for my active products to show up on my Wanelo storefront I still have had no luck. I was told days ago by a customer support representative that they were manually updating the products to upload within 24 hours.. not sure what’s wrong with the platform but seems very buggy and not user friendly.
