Wholesale Yeti review for Wanelo

Can't even connect store to get approval to sell.. Every time I try to connect it re-routes me to the Wanelo error page "Oops, that's our bad We're not exactly sure what happened, but our servers say something is wrong. We're on it." User interface needs to be actively working, too many issues here. I have confirmed email address in the same in Wanelo storefront and Shopify, Email is verified in Shopify, live products do not have tax includes, Shopify site is live, a valid bank account is attached for payments and still my Wanelo storefront won't connect. I have reached out numerous times to Wanelo customer support with this issue and received the above elements as excuses to why their interface is down.. All of these factors were correct from the start of my Shopify store and did not apply to my issue. I need someone to actively find a solution to why I can't connect my Shopify store to the Wanelo storefront even just to be pending approval! Email is [email protected].
