This is the worst company ever. Don't waste your time or money connecting your store to them. A customer placed an order from me back in May. I was told that the payout for that order would take place in about 30 days. Well, it is now August, and the bad thing about it is there are 3 more payouts to follow. I have been going back and forth with their customer support by email. I have asked several times to speak with the payment department or a manager. Finally, I am told that a manager will contact me in 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever called me. They use stall tactics by email and you can not get through to them by phone. This is totally unacceptable. I was told by customer support that there was an issue with the payment going to my account and to remove my account and add it back and that did nothing. It shouldn't take 2 months to fix the problem. I knew it was more to it. From what I read here I'm not the only one with this issue of not receiving payouts and if it is happening this many times for months, it is done INTENTIONALLY. You can't keep following up on a customer's review, thinking that it will make the negative review look better. Try actually having phone support. Better yet stop ripping people off. I'm now having Shopify get involved.
