Ann More Products review for Wanelo

I wanted to give an update. It is now 08/01/2022 and my first two sales still have not been paid from 5 or so months ago. Be careful signing up with Wanelo. They use to be pretty decent and now they keep a hold of your biggest sale and they very slowly pay you for the smallest first. Here's the two payments made by my customers to Wanelo which I have not been paid for. 1) Paid by customer $161.89 - March 30, 2022 at 7:17 pm from Wanelo (I still have NOT been paid), 2) May 22, 2022 at 6:26 pm from Wanelo - Paid by customer $10.75 (Small payment but NOT yet paid by WANELO). It wouldn't be such a big deal if it has been a week or two or even a month BUT 4 or 5 months! REALLY WANELO!! All Gerard does is tell me over and over again that they have to clear it with his finance department people but I am starting to think he is his own financial team. I am DONE with Wanelo once they pay me for all my sales. You cannot make a living when you have companies like Wanelo that cheat or hold from their customers/clients. I am planning to put a blog out on this issue also. Oh and another thing... when you call Shopify customer service and they tell you is that there is really not much that they can do because Wanelo is a third party company but...HELLLLLLLOOOOO SHOPIFY, Wanelo is selling on your PLATFORM!!
