We recently added Wantly Chat to our store and it completely changed how customers interact with our products. Instead of using filters, shoppers can just describe what they’re looking for and the AI suggests relevant items instantly. The recommendations are accurate and displayed in a clean visual format. Setup was very simple and required no coding. We also liked how easily the widget matched our store branding. Overall, a great tool for improving product discovery and customer engagement.
