The support team has been super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. My only suggestion would be to add more customization options for the message template

Amazing App for Whatsapp Marketing I've been using Wappify for a while now, and I'm really Impressed! The abandoned cart recovery feature has helped me win back lost sales, and the automated Whatsapp messages make customer communication so much easier. Setup was quick, and the interface is user-friendly

Installing Wappify Whatsapp Marketing was the best decision I made so far when it comes to installing app on my shopify store. Although there are plans to buy on the store. Using it has served me a lot. I will surely recommend to all store owners like myself who wish to enjoy technology at ease

I installed many whatsapp chats previously, and they weren't working properly. But with the wappify whatsapp chat i had no problems with the set up. Its working properly and people can contact me. I can only recommend it for any shopify users!
