Warrantix

Warrantix is a Shopify App that offers warranty registration, serial checks, and auto-issued branded warranty certificates. It allows customers to register products through a form on the merchant's domain or via link or QR code. The app verifies purchases, checks serial numbers against an imported list, rejects duplicates, and sends out branded warranty certificates with verification QR codes. Claims are managed through a built-in queue with photo uploads and status updates. Additionally, the app provides the ability to export traceability records for EU GPSR compliance in one click.
