Rick was super helpful and super quick responding to the inquiries and customizing the fields! This is just the app that I needed for registration and upselling! Highly recommend it.

app isnt working, no response from support in days, just did a big show and lots of people are trying to register ugh.

Poor customer service, they don't reply. The Country and State fields don't work and there is no support to fix the issue.

Update: reached support at 1 (317) 855 0216. App works ok but the support doesn't respond. We've emailed them 4 times without any reply back. There's no way to edit drop down features with Yes No options on your own so you have to use support.
