WarrantyBridge is presented as a streamlined warranty and claims management app for Shopify merchants. It automatically registers a warranty for each paid order, gives customers a branded warranty card on the merchant’s domain, and includes the relevant consumer rights for the customer’s country. The claims process is designed to be simple for both merchants and customers, with claims submitted from the card and then managed in Shopify admin as numbered cases with approve/decline actions and email updates at each step.
