We have been using for quite some time now and have been very happy with it's usability and in-app experience. The tutorials at each point are also helpful. Order confirmation is very smooth. Overall, it's a good app.

What I like most about this app is that it runs on the official Meta Cloud API. I have linked my WhatsApp Business number and can message my customers freely without worrying about bans. The order confirmation feature is especially helpful and works really well.
