Wawo - Review Automation allows ecommerce merchants to automatically send TrustPilot review requests on WhatsApp to happy customers after delivery. The app detects when an order is delivered, waits for a delay set by the user, and sends a WhatsApp message prompting the customer to rate their experience. Happy customers are directed to the merchant's Trustpilot page. Additionally, merchants can configure the send delay, customize branding, and track performance through the analytics dashboard.
