Nous avons lancé Wax il y a un peu plus d'un an et nous en sommes très satisfaits. La connectivité avec Gorgias nous permet de répondre à nos messages Whatsapp sur la meme plateforme que notre messagerie instantanée. La team de Wax est très disponible et toujours force de proposition pour tester des nouveaux flows ou campagnes. Bref, je recommande !

Les points forts de Wax sont nombreux. Tout d'abord, l'interface utilisateur est claire et bien conçue, ce qui facilite la navigation et l'utilisation quotidienne. Les outils de personnalisation offrent une grande flexibilité, permettant d'adapter les fonctionnalités à nos besoins spécifiques. Un autre aspect notable est le support client réactif et compétent. Chaque fois que nous avons eu des questions ou des préoccupations, l'équipe de Wax a été rapide à répondre et à fournir des solutions efficaces. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
