As a small business we don't have SEO specialists in-house, so we have to do the best we can. This tool helps us do a better job of understanding where the gaps are, in a straightforward report format. It clearly lays out any problems, and how severe those problems are, ready for further investigation and resolution by the end user. Really useful to see this information all in one place, with direct links to the affected items. Support is very visible and responsive, I took Arpan up on his kind offer of an online video call in order to work through a question - thanks Arpan!
