Does exactly what it claims - makes scripts load asynchronously and does other optimisations to significantly improve pagespeed scores. We saw a 20 point improvement.

Amending my review: I've wrestled with this app. It does not seem to make much of an improvement to our theme (in some cases it makes it slower) according to PageSpeed Insights. Still not sure that the speedyscripts/ecmrx_187/ecmrx_187 script files are the best practice for boosting site speed. Since the app is not benefiting our store, I will delete it and move on.

We believe that if you check metrics like bounce rate, conversion rate, engagement, and mobile sessions for 15 days before and after using Website Speedy, you’ll be able to see the real value our tool adds. We’re also building an integration with Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to display these numbers directly in the Website Speedy dashboard. This feature will go live next month and will make it easier for users like yourself to understand the value the tool provides without having to dig through multiple analytics reports. We also offer manual optimization at no extra cost in case the automated optimization doesn’t satisfy any user. So far, Website Speedy has boosted my site speed to 95% on both mobile and PC. It’s simple to set up—just do it once and forget about it. The cost is on the higher side, but if it makes sense for your business, I’d say go for it. I did run into one issue: I wasted the subscription for one month, when I migrated from Wix to Shopify, I didn’t get prompt help. Their email responses came through, but I couldn’t open them because their site kept loading endlessly. Thankfully, someone eventually reached out over the phone and solved the problem. That said, I must admit—my site speed is definitely better on Shopify than it was on Wix. Overall, I recommend giving it a try.

No doubt, my website's speed has increased tremendously. I initially used another 4.9-rated Shopify app to do the same task, but it wasn't even close. I eventually uninstalled that earlier app and kept this one. See the results for yourself!

Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with the app. It's easy to install and use, support is responsive, and it did improve the speed of our website (both mobile and desktop) by around 10%. For shop owners who are afraid to poke around their theme files, this is a good solution. There's no messing with liquid or css files.
