For a free product, this is great. Works well, with good back end reporting and features. No complaints.

Very happy with this app: Reviews are easy to manage and overall the app is well designed. It's free yet has all the features I need, without locking them behind a paywall, such as multi-language support, automatic review request e-mails and customer images. Support was quick to answer and very helpful. 5/5 keep doing what you're doing! :) PS: The dino is very cute.

We have had a good experience so far! The only downside is the email quota; we have to contact support whenever we hit the limit. Regardless, we still gave it 5 stars, the app is great and has one of the best support, plus it is completely free!

The app is neutral, just installed it, so wonโt complain much about it. But maybe later on the future Iโll come back to rewrite my statement, who knows.
