Really loving this app! It has a fantastic feature set and integrates seamlessly with both Shopify Flow and Meta WhatsApp Business Manager. Setup was a bit tricky at first, if your WhatsApp number is already linked to Shopify, make sure to disconnect it before setting up this app. That said, customer support is top-notch! They helped me resolve my setup hurdles and quickly fixed a bug I ran into along the way. Once configured, it works like a charm. I'm excited to see how the app evolves and am hoping for better mobile usability in future updates!

been using this app for a while. customer service team is great at handling queries. the official api works perfectly. this app has helped me carry out large customer base promotional messages which wasn't possible with other apps. highly recommended.

Best App and solve my all issues
I’m not a tech person, but I was able to get WhatFlow up and running in minutes. The interface is super clean and intuitive. I love the automated order tagging—it saves me so much manual data entry. We’ve been using the abandoned cart reminders and the back-in-stock alerts, and the engagement we’re getting from customers is miles ahead of what we were seeing with email. Highly recommend for any Shopify store looking to modernize their customer support and sales channels! Great app
