Very disappointed with Whatmore. The app's promotional videos and marketing made it seem much more capable than it actually is. After purchasing the plan, I found that several features did not work as expected and the results were nowhere near what was advertised. I contacted support and requested a refund, but my request was not handled fairly. Despite explaining my concerns, I was denied a refund and left paying for a service that did not meet my expectations. I would recommend that others carefully test the app and read the refund policy before making any payment. My experience was frustrating and I feel misled by the marketing claims.

The app is excellent and the features are truly great. It delivers strong value and the overall user experience is very good. However, the pricing policy is extremely frustrating. In just two months of use, the subscription price increased twice. On top of that, the company keeps changing what each plan includes, removing features and practically forcing users to upgrade and spend more in order to keep access to tools that were previously included. This constant instability in pricing and plan structure creates uncertainty and frustration for customers. It’s a shame, because the product itself is very good — but the way the plans are being managed negatively impacts the overall experience.
