I want to share my honest feedback regarding Whatmore’s pricing and service. Your charges are very high compared to other providers, and overall the platform feels too costly for the value offered. Also, if the credit balance goes negative, no one informs us, and suddenly the service/pricing stops working. This creates confusion and affects our business workflow. Another major issue is that if in any month our credits are not fully used, they are not transferred to the next month, and you still charge the full amount instead of billing as per actual credit usage. We are regular users, but these policies feel unfair and not transparent. Kindly improve communication, credit system flexibility, and pricing structure. Customer support is extremely poor. There is no proper guidance, no quick response, and no helpful solution provided. Even after stopping their service, they are not refunding the money. Please take this matter seriously, Shopify.
