so far so good, i can rate the app a 5 out of 5.though there are still some features that we require that they need to add.Otherwise the rest is awesome.Excellent customer service.Any time you need support agents are there to help

I was using Sweethelp 3 weeks ago, This app is really amazing ,it helps us recover our abandoned cart through WhatsApp, the app simple and easy to use . They provide the best customer support I have ever seen. WhatsApp chat and WhatsApp share are also some good tools to connect with your customers.I highly recommend Sweethelp.

We test quite a few apps as we're always trying to find the most efficient permutations and user friendly environment for our employees. Never have I experienced customer support like this. Super fast, arranged a call on a weekend to solve an issue I had, and at the same time, professional. The app is elegant and easy-to-use. You don't need any other WhatsApp chat widget, this is the one.
