I was using their free manual WhatsApp cart recovery features for quite time, then I met the team in an online meeting and got to understand the entire WhatsApp marketing solution. My favourites are Automated cart recovery, Shiprocket API integration to automate the “Track My Order” chatbot question. Feature rich at affordable price. I recommend the app.
