I found this app when I was setting up my store and was looking for something besides emails to communicate with my store visitors. It helped me stay in touch with them via the ease of WhatsApp. Potential customers who had queries related to products and customisations were redirected to my Business WhatsApp directly, thus helping me with visitor to customer conversion. Highly recommended to every small business owner looking for helpful tools.

Using Intelliassist for my Shopify store, and I must say, it's quietly impressive. The chatbot's like a 24/7 helper on my site, FB, Insta, even WhatsApp - covering all bases. And that GPT-powered product assist is Great. The popup with CRM and campaign knack is perfect. One-click checkout with a sticky cart is great too.
