The app offers customization options such as choosing from three styles, setting button and icon colors, selecting the position on the store, and specifying which pages display the button. Additionally, merchants can include a pre-filled message for convenience. The app does not require any code editing, as it is added through a theme app embed and is compatible with both mobile and desktop devices. A dashboard provides insights into total taps and device breakdown.
