Not working. We corresponded with customer support extensively, but I couldn't achieve any results. The system indicates that the Abandoned Cart message has been sent, but I'm not receiving any messages. I've tried many times, and it hasn't worked. I also attempted multiple times from the 'Send a test message to yourself' section in the application, but none of them have come through. It's an application that's a complete waste of time and not recommended at all. I've decided to give it one last chance. I'll keep the application active for a few more days. If it works as I hope, I'll change my review here and provide other users with information. However, I'm confident that the software won't work.
